Then, using the steps listed in the textbook chapter 6, design a database structure (with design goals, output requirements, and input requirements) for a database that you think would be useful for the organization. Create the database with MS Access 97 with minimum three tables. Entering some sample data to the tables, create at least two forms, three queries from multiple tables, and two reports. Hand in the MS Access database and a MS Word document describing its design goals and output requirements in a 3 1/2" diskette. THIS DATABASE SHOULD BE DEVELOPED ALL BY YOURSELF.
